Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using YourMaster's. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
YourMaster's is an online tool that matches student profiles to Master's programmes in Germany based on academic interests, strengths, and learning style. The service offers three tiers: Free, Starter, and Pro.
2. Payments
Starter (€5) and Pro (€10) are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us and we will resolve it.
3. What You Receive
Upon successful payment you receive a personalized Excel report delivered as a file download. The report is generated based on the profile information you provide. Results are recommendations only and do not constitute academic or admissions advice.
4. Accuracy and Limitations
Programme data is sourced from publicly available listings and updated periodically. YourMaster's does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or accurate. Always verify programme details directly with the relevant university before applying.
YourMaster's is not affiliated with DAAD, any German university, or any other educational institution.
5. Intellectual Property
The YourMaster's platform, matching algorithm, and generated reports are the property of YourMaster's. You may use your report for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports or any part of the platform.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when building your profile
- Not upload files containing malicious content
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YourMaster's is not liable for decisions made based on the results, including but not limited to application outcomes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
